Montebianco: a typical Christmas dessert!


Montebianco (White Mountain) is probably from France, but it is quite common in the North-West of Italy too. Mushed chestnuts with sugar and rum topped with whipped cream and cocoa (sometimes). I had to take a picture of this during the Christmas lunch, isn't it funny?
