Here some picture of the opening of the exposition ''Gino Sarfatti. Il design della luce''. Really young, at the age of 27, he founded Arteluce in 1939. Since then, he has produced more than 400 lamps. Some of lamps are just genius: the research of innovative solutions and materials is constant in his production. One of his most famous lamp is the one on the top, 2097, still produced by Flos. Arteluce had been one of the most famous brands in light design before the 70s , with collaborations with some of the greatest designers such as Albini and Zanuso, and afterwards he had been bought by Flos. It had been a great pleasure to see this exposition because it is possible to see beautiful lamps of the past characterized by beautiful simplicity and innovative solutions.
