Check out these Bakery's

Not your everyday Cobbs Bread... these bakery's are a notch up!  They are the bread and butter of.... well bread and butter!  It's so refreshing to see a new take on something that is often over looked.  In Vancouver we have a divine chocolate patisserie called Thomas Haas but before discovering this jem I never thought about bakery's in the same light.  To often bakery's are a place with little attention to architectureal detail and design with a stronger focus on showcasing the product.  But so the bakery rise begins.  I came across these spots via cabbage rose  and they are making me crave great design... and maybe a tart!
