I love my bike don't get me wrong.  "Butter" and I have been through alot together.  She came with me when I moved to Montreal (I didn't even bring my cat! I think that says something).  But I'm noticing that she's not what she used to be.  However.... I might like to give her a new name and a new paint job while I'm at it.  Update the old girl and get her ready for the show.    The snow has officially melted which means Spring will be her in a few months.  And so my biking project will begin.  First up finding handle bars like this and breaks.

Cento1 for Wilier by Emmanuel Zonta

Emmanuel Zonta is a young product designer that has decided to take inspiration from the classic 101 bike in order to a make a wodden one. Three weeks of hard work and research for the right type of wood. Beautiful result. Sporty and solid, yet elegant.

Get in the Saddle.

Levi's and Urban Outfitters have teamed up to bring a mobile bike shop and custom tailoring setup to a city near you!  I love the mobile bike shop concept and the tailoring of these levi jeans!

New Bike design modeled after the AK-47!  The concept of the cycle was designed by a student at the Savannah college of art and design, Bryan Walsh. Its powered by a hydrostatic drive instead of a chain and can last 20,000 hours of biking. It was designed after the AK-47 for its rugged simplicity but the actual principles of the weapon in relation with the ride have no value or parallel.
