Aubergine Pie


Here it is my last delicious pie! I got the recipe from the grandma of my best friend and she is just great at cooking. Brisée dough, fried eggplant and béchamel sauce with parmesan on top: so good! It takes quite a bit to do it, I bought the dough and made the rest. You can actually buy bechamel sauce and then you would just need to fry the eggplants...well home made bechamel sauce is way better and it is really easy to make: 1lt of milk, 100gr flour, 100gr butter, salt and nutmeg. Mmmm! Enjoy!
