Macaroons, I finally made them

I'm so happy they turned out good. It is not easy and it takes a little time to set the right timing and temperature of the oven, but, when they are done, they make you feel happy and proud of your work. 

125gr Almond flour
270gr icing sugar
25gr Cocoa powder
100gr Whites
A little salt

150gr Dark chocolate 70%
15cl Cream
25gr Butter
