Rhubarb

I am about to move into my new place with my best friend Casey! We are so excited however... the walls are all beige and not being beige people we need to jazz it up a bit.  This I always find the fun part about moving is the re nesting and painting process!   At the moment I am obsessed with rhubarb and I thought why not paint the kitchen wall that hue!  What do you think of this color?  It would be mixed with a dark wood kitchen table and medal frames..?  For a while I was in a white phase where everything was white and I loved it but I want something more fun!

  1. Hey! Why not! I like this color and, as I posted before, is the pantone color 2011! ahah I suggest you to take samples of the main colors that are already in the new apartment and try to make palettes, it will help you a lot. I like your new passion for bright colors, but be careful, I got bored of the green in my bathroom: do you remember it? I'll start doing some color palettes when I get back to Milan to fix it. Maybe it just needs a touch of another color!

  3. The color you chose and they grey can look perfect together! But one thing I've learned here in Paris is that there are millions of colors and just some look cool together. I'm ready to practice, I'm love with this new huge world!

  4. Okay! On the Pantone scale what light grey would match this pink well?

  6. Here I am! So, I don't know if you use the RAL scale in Canada, but I was looking at them and I found RAL 9018, as a light grey, or, if you want to dare a little RAL 7036, dark grey with a touch of red. The colors in my palette are glossy, so you might wanna have a better look!
